Through this recruitment drive, Assistant Professors will be selected for various subjects like Chemical Engineering, Bio Engineering, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Production Engineering, Management, Humanities and Social Sciences.
What is the eligibility
To apply for these posts, it is necessary that the candidate has a master’s degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant subject from a recognized university. Along with this, it is also necessary that the candidate has passed any one of the exams like UGC NET or CSIR NET or SLET or State Eligibility Test. Candidates doing PhD can also apply.
How much is the fee structure
To apply for the posts of NIT Agartala, candidates of general category will have to pay a fee of ₹ 1000. Candidates of reserved category will have to pay a fee of ₹ 500 and candidates of PWD category do not have to pay any fee. On selection, salary will also be given according to the post.
